Exploring the Coromandel | WHITIANGA, New Zealand!

This is our second video from the Coromandel - last time we visited in summer, stayed at Hot Water Beach and explored some of the famous beaches, like the beautiful Cathedral Cove. On this winter time visit, we stayed in Whitianga and found that it has a lot to offer. Great walks up to Shakespeare Cliff, Lonely Bay and Cooks Bay, interesting places to eat and the unique Lost Spring Spa which features hot natural mineral water piped into a series of pools and man made caverns.
We also made quick stops at Coromandel Town and Thames on our route home, both of which are worth a visit.

We only had one day in Coromandel on our first trip to New Zealand, so thank you for sharing more of the area with us. We will definitely have to explore more next time we are there
