In this video, I take a trip to the courthouse to inquire about accessing public records, understanding motions filed in criminal cases, and the process of dealing with potential bail jumping charges in another state. I speak with various courthouse staff to gather information on how these procedures work, especially concerning extradition between states. Join me as I explore the courthouse, ask important questions, and share my findings on how to prepare for possible legal challenges.

last person I knew asked a similar question, was arrested in 24 hours and the police made it out to be THEY did all the work and caught the person, when in fact the person was preparing to surrender

Your KZbin channel seems like a legal nightmare where if you have trouble in the future they could use it to prove guilt or even track you down

JOB! I know that word goes the hell out of you. You curl up like a crying baby and shake with fear because even the thought of a job scares the freaking hell out of you and makes you cry.

No offense however I think you are asking the wrong questions. "If you see a warrant for me from Louisiana for bail jumping is it possible you will arrest me?" "If I am arrested how long could you hold me to determine whether they want to extradite me?" "If they decide not to extradite me after I have been held for a few hours/overnight/for a long holiday weekend will there be a message added to the warrant that they will not extradite so I will not get arrested again in Michigan or in any state other than Louisiana?"
