Wonderful video the Seneca is one of my favorite aircraft to fly in the sim to date hope to see it flying some more on the channel.

Thank you for this review. I had the Seneca for quite a long time now and it's still one of my favorite GA twins. I had (and has) really nice prop feathering options and animation way before Asobos introduced the feature properly into the sim and her counter rotating props make experimenting with this quite easy. I'm still flying her on a regular basis despite also having the C414, which is a step above in terms of systems modeling, of course. Again, thank you!

Nice review ! This was the first twin I bought for MSFS and I hardly flew it at all because it was so hard to see out of, when you look out all you can see are those huge engines. Some sort of head tracking makes it easier but there's no getting around those engines ... Anyhows, the Carenado manuals say max gear speed is 128 KIAS to extend and to fly, 107 KIAS to retract, and suggest landing uses full flaps from 113 kts and a landing speed of 90 kts, or 82 kts short field at MTOW. There is an autopilot switch, down by the flaps indicator you have the radio master switch, the next switch is a 3 position switch. Bottom is off, middle is FD on, top is FD on and AP engaged. Nothing lights up to tell you the AP is working but there is a beep and it's pretty obvious that George has taken over :)

Here's another you might want to try if not done already: The Carenado Cessna 337 Skymaster. I'm hoping they may eventually re-do the Piper Navajo or Chieftan. I enjoyed those in my X-Plane days.

@@lvwpy Yes, it was a good plane. When in my early days of aviation, local pilots used to joke it was the only airplane that if it crashed, would dig its own hole and bury itself as well. Seriously, you would never want to be standing in the area between the rear engine and the tail section when that engine was running.

Looks like Carenado week at the Becketts😑- in the 70s I owned a PA 32 =300 which I upgraded to a Saratoga - the basis for the Twin Seneca in which I learned to fly a twin - closely followed by the Commanche. The latter I can fly in XP 11 - but I wish that Carenado would give us a Saratoga 5 in the MS sim now that I have given up on P3D

Do hope another developer produces this. Love Carenado and their texture work, but the system depth isn't there. Theres no fear of screwing up, as demonstrated by the engines.

I'm not sure of exact version numbers, but the Carenado aircraft have been updated multiple times since their release. The files on my system say January 2022.

It's a heating element for the pilots side of the winshield.
