He had Diabetes and loved to eat Sweets, and somehow forgot to take enough Insulin with him. Since he couldn't appear in court, the case was dropped, and I wasn't officially classed as one of his victims, so I didn't qualify for compensation such as counselling. So I can feel the pain of these ladies, also hearing that their case got dropped because Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.

If he had a wife that was 17, it would have been perfectly legal, but, it would have been illegal for him to sleep with his wife in the US. Seen lots of suicides in my time in jails, and from the pictures that saw of his cell, he did not commit suicide. Add to there was no video footage of him as he was apparently on suicide watch, which normally is recorded. And there were two ligatures on his cell floor, which is very suspicious.
