Nice video. Could you please send me the video where you explained the physics behind the magnetocaloric effect? Thank you

Hi Hamza, the video which explains the physics can be found within the supplemental material embedded within this article: www.annualreviews.org/doi/abs/10.1146/annurev-matsci-062910-100356 Hope this helps!

can anyone suggest how to simulate MCE effect in comsol

good video, two questions your material has degradation with the environment and in which program did you calculate the change in magnetic entropy
@A_Dubya3 жыл бұрын
I don't believe the material exhibited any degradation within the testing environment, no observations were made to conclude such. Secondly, all plots were generated using OriginLab, and calculations such as the Maxwell relation to obtain the change in magnetic entropy as a function of temperature were obtained using Microsoft Excel.

What kind of doping material is used here sir?
@A_Dubya3 жыл бұрын
If you look at the first slide of the presentation, the compound is Al(1+x)Fe(2)B(2-x) at doping concentrations of x = 0, 0.1, & 0.15. Meaning, that for x=0.1 the compound becomes Al(1.1)Fe(2)B(1.9). Hence, the doping concentration increased the aluminum content and decreased the Boron content in the compound.
