Update: This siren WORKS!!! Google street view 3 months ago shows it facing east, as now it faces west!!!

Credits to Will Gayford who found it a while back, he actually took pictures of it a few days before it was shared. I'm the one who actually shared the location for this thunderbolt for the map. I know it's active, and tests in a different schedule because the head has rotated every time I set to a different year in Google Earth, but doesn't test with the other sirens because it's a campus siren. Great video!
