Yes probably the areas where most serious crime happens ! But every city has some areas like that ! Probably pretty safe as long as you don't associate with the low life that hangs out in some of those areas !!

Lot's of low life's And criminal Element. Very Dense in this area. I avoid it at all costs. Gang activity.

It is deadly to be out at night on the streets The criminals have bear spray, machetes and illegal guns . They are on drugs and it is very scary to be on Saskatoon streets at night.
