Go & travel out of Islamabad just few miles away is Murree, Galiyat region where there is snow in even summer sometimes & then goes all the way from there to north up to china border & Swat regions up to Afghanistan, even from Quetta to Iran region there is snow in winters. Don’t assume somethings until you know about the region
