honestly, the new menu is quite nice. the music had to be removed for copyright apparently, and yes they could have made it more alive as a replacement (i assume they didnt because they want to match the other platforms), but it's best to just look at all the new great things they brought to the new menu, rather than be stuck up on nostalgia. remember, the old menu wasn't updated since 2015..so we needed an update eventually lol.

For the very first time.. I never felt ROBLOX will ever change its aspects. Just a simple block game where you can imagine all the things you want in a game. I remember this old interface. I used to join games with my uncle like DOORS, and I’d see this. It was awesome. Until Roblox had to just throw it away, even get rid of the music, wow. If you still want a piece of that old UI then go into a game, then go to the leaderboard (I mean the leaderboard button not the menu) and click on a random user then it’ll come up with the old report user button with the old swish and select sound. It’s honestly shocking how terrible roblox is with redesigning UI’s. In fact sometimes on mobile sometimes the app will glitch and you’ll get the old blue loading screen when you start up the app.

roblox ruined console. menu is laggy now, avatar editor is harder to use, and the background is no longer a neon city. what they shouldve done is kept everything and added a friend request tab. i remember that really old editor where your character would be in a small dressing room and all your stuff would be to the right. dont get me started on the xbox characters, they made those free to everyone, now we cant know for sure if somebody is truly on an xbox. i remember getting the xbox characters from my xbox so i could use them on my tablet.
