Who is this كُنتُم خَيرَ أُمَّةٍ? Who is that لِلنّاسِ? How is أُخرِجَت? People don't want, hate and destroy a community that has no known value. In a country where there is a public health center and adequate medicine, doctors and staff, children, old people and women are left dying without treatment due to a minor infectious disease.
