My family just got back in today; actually driving back home from the airport. Westin Lagunamar just charged us an incidental charge of $125.00 US Dollars because my son spilled his PediaSure on the bedsheets. This hotel advertises as family friendly but to not be understanding and charge is $2,400 pesos for bedsheets. My husband and I are very mindful clean people. We never leave wet clothes on furniture or even bring sand into the rooms. We always left our room for room service to clean everyday so there’s never too much to do at the end. Families with babies and toddlers be very aware; small kids spill stuff and to be stressed out about “incidental charges” isn’t worth staying here!

Tip: the public bus that stops in front of the hotel takes you to Wal-Mart and you can take a taxi back to the hotel.
