Exploring the Singer Heimstricker/MK1/suitcase Superba

This is a true double bed machine. Most were made in the early 1960's and were sold under quite a few names. It's beds are solid aluminum, making it lighter than most many double bed setups. It works much like its larger Superba cousins and also uses 5 mm needle spacing but the settings are done with color coded buttons. In this movie, we cover stockinette, knit 1/purl 1 ribbing, half fisherman's rib, full fisherman's rib and full needle rib on this machine.
