Interesting. Have I seen your vehicle in the Buckland Valley? That is home to my family. When my dad was growing up the Wongangatta murders was a taboo subject, met with a code of silence. My dad's older brother went into the Wongangatta pre second world war on horse back with well known cattlemen of the Buckland. The homestead was still in tact. I first drove it in 1988 when it was still privately owned, cattle running there, no lower track, just drove through big big holes. With fires and covid have not been in there for a long time.

Just a tip, when your using the drone and there is movement within the screen, (flags flying or smoke etc) be sure to get a forward and reverse track. It will give the editor a choice when editing. Great video again, you say to leave comments and/or suggestions to help make information better. As i was writing down names of tracks you were driving/information on names but 1 thing i found was,,, are you turning left or right video skips it sometimes and your already down the track...Also you mention about dry brakes, what's the best way to dry brakes, do you ride the brake a bit or just pump the pedal 10 times. I'm a bit novice on this stuff do have basic recovery gear winch and maxtracs driving a patrol 04 ute 4.2 2" lift What pressure do you have in your tyres ,,.May looked a bit muddy maybe end of April might be better cooler temperatures and tad dryer. Love the easy tracks with a bit of difficulty .. But all in all this trip looks good 👍 Happy travels

G'day mate,Definitely ride the brakes for at least 45 seconds then do the test, I air down to 20 psi as soon as I come off the blacktop, most of the new content I make I try and put in track names. Hope that helps 👍

@@Bush-Tv thanks for getting back to me. Yes you have been a great help 👍 Yes all good with names of tracks, just when driving out of the camp areas/huts 🏕 just need to know if you are turning left or right and just through the video if you can keep up informed on the difficult of the tracks which you do Thanks again for your support ...... Happy travels.

I like everything but I were to choose I'd pick the tracks i.e, names of tracks, condition, points of interest, grading (easy, medium, hard) etc.

@@Bush-Tv lol well your murder in the high country story makes a hell of a lot more sense than the more recent “stories” from that area!

How’d you go fuel wise mate? from Mansfield? Can it be done on 1 tank in the 1fz? Cheers
@Bush-Tv Жыл бұрын
Definitely can, I take a Jerry just in case but generally a full tank and sub you will get to Dargo. I've even made it to Bairnsdale. But I fill up at the last stop like the BP just out of Mansfield and again all depends on the conditions 👍

Traveling is supposed to be a treat for the senses. We can’t experience the smells unfortunately but please don’t take away the beautiful sounds. Mix the natural sounds with the music (if you must hv music)

The truck is complete right off nothing to salvage,and doesn’t look like we are going to get her out would have to try and winch 300 + meters up a very steep rough track. I don’t know whether l will drive again this crash nearly killed me.

Great to see the countryside. Please don't be offended, but you are a bit stiff as a presenter. (takes a bit of practice) Just tell us stories about where you are, are going & the challenges along the way, but do it more light heartedly. Thank you regardless.
