Thanks for commenting!!! we were told by many Sri Lankans including tour guides that one of its nicknames was the "Tear Drop of India" because of its unique geographic shape... but I would strongly agree with you that Sri Lanka is definitely a GEM by culture and its people. Thanks again, we absolutely loved everything about Sri Lanka and can't wait to come back one day!!!!
