Pile 2. Last week I had a vision of walking through an old growth forest of enormous trees in the pouring rain. I kept climbing looking for shelter until I came upon a broken rock face until traveling along it I discovered a small hole. I just barely fit with my knees drawn up and my arms wrapped around. I sat there watching the lightning coming closer and then I was standing in the trees again looking at myself being wet, miserable and cold. Groups 1 & 2 “I need to rest my bones.” Hang in there, buddy. We’ve just got to get through today and tomorrow, and then we’ll be on vacation. If we want food and shelter, we have to do this. I do, in fact, suffer from a bone-related autoimmune disease: chronic pain, fatigue, brain fog, muscle weakness… 17:19 There is no calvery…. 26:00 🤨 I can’t think of specific titles, but this makes me think of some war movies and video games where your team can’t get to you, but someone directs you over comms to avoid concentrations of enemies to get to objectives and supply drops until you reach the extraction point. They’re usually watching you with thermal imaging or radar.

Pile 1 hit hard. I have PCOS and have a hard time losing weight and keep up my energy levels. My health issues are hard to manage and trying hard to constantly find resources to the point me into a healthier direction. Trying not to beat myself up over it but it’s hard not to sometimes.

The system and those who expect you to act as if you don’t have PCOS. Sometimes the pressure people put on us externally make us treat ourselves in that same way. You may need extra care or extra time or extra needs and when others don’t want to give you that it can be easier for them to gaslight you into thinking your body is the problem and that their reaction to your extra needs is valid.

Judgement is so easy make on how I look and my lack of ability to hold a normal job. Trying not to let it get to me or influence how I feel about myself. Some days are easier than others but you’re right it’s not the body’s fault with what it was given, it’s more of how society and this machine we live in portrays the ones who aren’t the cookie cutters of society.

@@aishakay1942 you are always welcome for the advice 🤍 I have studied plenty of psychology and quite a bit of abnormal psych but most of my advice comes from surviving my own psychological turmoil and finding my way back home after, so to speak. All the advice I give I have used myself and most topics I speak on I myself have survived.
