These '88-'98 GMT400 GM trucks are some of the longest lasting, most reliable vehicles ever built. Many gove gotten to 1 million miles, my dad has a '90 c1500 he bought new with over 660k mi on the ORIGINAL 350 5.7 TBI V8. Great trucks.

That looks like a factory 350 to me...dont see why the engine would need replaced with such low miles, these TBI 350 5.7 V8s are some of the longest lasting and reliable engines EVER made
