+1. Feels way more polished and like he takes pride in his videos (Not that he didn't before, but it was undermined) than "Eehh, throw text-to-speech at it" like some kind of mobile idle game ad by an unpaid marketing intern.

1:02:20 I absolutely love that you discarded carnage in the scry only to have it drawn anyway! 😂💀
@gengarisnotinsmash... Жыл бұрын
Just a tip for anyone using signature move: possibly the best pairing with it is consecrate, as they shore up each other's weaknesses. Consecrate deals area damage for signature move while being free, allowing you to always play them before sig move. Meanwhile, sig move compensates for consecrate's lack of single target damage. Really good combo, highly recommend.

38:51 unironically feels like a bug; I wouldn't have predicted that because the card's effect resolved but one of the card's effects was exhaust, and it didn't happen. what the hecko. But it's [for the most part] player-beneficial so I kind of love that it exists.
@MishaVargas Жыл бұрын
It feels miraculous, which is appropriate!
@Pumbear Жыл бұрын
Yeah I was confused by that too, but what I think happens is that the exhaust is an "in-hand" effect, while the miracles are an "on-draw" effect. Which normally happens right after the other except when drawing non-zero cards with scrape since that is also an "on-draw" effect.
@MercuriusXeno Жыл бұрын
@@Pumbear Solid explanation and seems the likeliest explanation. Put like this I can see it not being a bug per se, maybe more of an unclear interaction.

35:57 interestingly drawing deus ex machina with scrape will draw and discard it, adding two miracles to your hand without exhausting the card. Bonkers interaction edit: oh that happens like 4 minutes later lmao

I hate to be the negative one when everyone else seems to love the new intro.....but, I'm not a fan. I feel like quite a bit was spoiled. I would have much rather seen you collect those cards as the run progressed. The Shard into Carnage mastery in particular would have been a nice surprise. It's not a big deal, but I'd rather not get so much info up front.

Love you content man. Sorry, I did not like the intro. Like, now I know alot of the cards you are going to pick. So when you will eventually talk about pros and cons while picking. I already know whats the "best" one is and now Im not contemplating the decision with you. It was breaking the immertion for me. I know its hard to balance this. I mean, I like the tooltips. I can pick what I want to see from them, but this time it was to much info.
