Have the police officers that attended the crash scene been investigated for the allegations of failing to carry out standard protocols at an incident involving a vehicle or vehicles? Court is a battle of credibility. Andrews lost that battle a long time ago. Subpoena his mobile carrier if he cannot 'find' his records. He is not to be trusted by the public nor the victim. Andrews needs to face a proper investigating authority and the full weight of the law, the same law he inflicted on many hapless Victorians who were not breaking any law.
