I was interesting in knowing whether the Weld Wheel Building here in Kansas City presented you with any unusual or special challenges? The reason i ask this is because i noticed one day driving by the site prior to the implosion that half the building had already been demolished. I was wondering if, like the condos you took down in South Padre Island, did you have to remove part of the structure (the parking garage in South Padre) to get the rest of the building to end up in the drop zone without encroaching on the railroad tracks a few feet away? It was an amazing job as always. I was near by when you imploded the Century Link Building in Overland Park, KS a number of years ago and got some amazing stills of that implosion.
@dianelandis94295 ай бұрын
I've watched the full-length South Padre Island video at least 3 times. Absolutely fascinating! And then they worked on the Miami condos building, and it was like: Hey! Those are my guys!

I'd actually recommend turning off auto-focus and just set to infinity since the cameras are already far enough away from the action, otherwise the dust cloud and debris might cause unwanted focus changes.
