How does it differ from Ionic?

Ionic is cross platform. You can build phone apps, desktop apps or progressive web apps React native, as the name indicates, is native. The framework handles IOS and Android only, but its performance is better due to there's no web in the middle.

@@davidchavarriamendez9091 I meant expo. Expo can deploy to all 3 platforms according to their landing page. I’m aware between the difference between native and web react. I just don’t know how these two meta frameworks differ and to what extent.
