The Standard Deviation of an exponential distribution is equal to its mean Illustration 3.13: The average time a bank teller takes to serve a customer is 6 minutes. The service time follows an exponential probability distribution. Calculate the probability that: a) A bank teller will take less than 2 minutes to complete the service. b) A bank teller will take between 4 and 5 minutes to get the service. e) A bank teller will take more than 10 minutes for the service.

sir in the last qn you assumed the condition xgreater thn 35000/xgreater than 20000 then in this case the stock will be still sufficient because we have stock of 35000.20000 are consumption for insufficent condition the consumption rate should be greater than stocks.

Sir, the exponential distribution represents the time difference between two Poisson processes and asper Poisson's assumption that two events can't happen simultaneously. Then x=0 condition in the PDF formula of the exponential distribution is a violation of that condition. which is confusing things. Please help me by explaining this ?

Nice videos but I'd say you talk too fast and your works are rough plus you don't often show your steps to final answers... Like explaining it why it has to be the way it is.
