These instructions were accurate, but I had issues with my import due to settings in my cPanel. I received an error: "File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini." I had to change the post_max_size & upload_max_filesize to sizes larger than my import file size. Then it worked. I hope it helps if you land there.
