Export Clearance Policy for Fertlisers | Export of Fertilisers | Fertiliser license

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby specifies the conditions & procedures to be followed by the #manufacture and #exporter for obtaining permission or No Objection Certificate from the Department of Fertilizers for export of fertilizers as specified under Chapter 31 of Indian Trade Classification based on Harmonized System of Coding ITC HS, Classification of Export & Import items, 2018.
DGFT has revised export policy for fertilizers, and items under restricted category has moved to free category subject to compliance of specified conditions. Some of which are Urea, other Straight Phosphatic Fertilizer, other N.P. Complex Fertilizers, other N.P.K. Complex Fertilizers, all chemical fertilisers fortified with zinc or boron. All these restricted fertilizers are now free to export subject to laid down conditions.
