I've always known it is assembling. Assembling could be in a home, on the street, factory, bush and also in a church building. Nothing wrong in making the church building your primary place of assembling(coming together) with brethren.

PSA, this is very poor exegesis Assembly connotes a place of gathering while assembling connotes the process. While it is wrong to limit the assembling to a physical building, there is nothing wrong in including a physical building (church) as part of the assembling which can also include streets, homes, or other places of gathering. 'Eklesia' connotes a gathering of believers which could be at a physical building (what is referred to as church) or other places Christians gather. What PSA has done is an eisegesis and not exegesis of this scripture. Let all beware !

It’s good to have a good command of English, so that wrong interpretation of the Word of God will become the thing of the past. Otherwise, Teachers of the Word of God should first read translated Bibles in their own local languages for good understanding, in order to avoid misleading their congregants.
