the first super rare entity in pressure is prob A-60 from doors cuz they look similar as they both have a cut face and red glow except that A-60 in doors is harder to see than this one because before the infermery in doors there is a 100% chance a hidden hole is gonna appear through 60-65 and when you go in there u will find a doors named A-000 and you need the skeleton key and 2 lock picks then get to door A-60 and that’s the first place it can appear. while the one in pressure can appear randomly in any door(at least I think)
