This type of niche is very interesting, because of the high return of investment of the clients customers. This is a lesson for everyone who's involved in trying to build an SMMA. Many of the niches have got loads of value, but if they do not have a high ticket value, it will be difficult waters. Extremely difficult to also back up a guarantee. Especially for younger agencies one or two failures and you have to pay back your client could be devastating. I would be very very cautious about what you're doing, when you start to offer money back guarantee, I've been doing this for 12 years and I can tell you that the "guarantee business" when the economy takes a shit, will put you in a disastrous position. Make your contract based off of performance, with a 30 day out. Hopefully you put up some of the wisdom that we discussed a few weeks ago.

I love the agency model, but i wish everybody wasn’t f*cking doing it. So annoying cos now the competition is immense thanks to Iman Gadzhi - i really respect him but tbh this is all his fault🤣 I bought agency navigator thinking i’d found a golden ticket. Nope, everyones doing it. and so many people promote it and try to sell their mentorship or course to help you now. I know it still works but its just frustrating. Like do you get your contractors to provide the service, if they achieve the goals the client pays you and then you pay the contractor, if if they don't achieve the goals the client doesn't pay you and you don't pay the contractors?
