When I practice Telekinesis, especially working on spinning a metal butter knife on a sphere... looking into the reflection as it wobbles and vibrates on the blade of the knife.... that can sometimes feel the kinda chill that you are describing. It's not just about moving an object with your mind and energy; but the experiences you have while doing it. That's one of the reasons I like Qi Gong of different types so much.... that chill; all is right with the world in my Universe, kind of vibe. Right before you said that thing about Jazz, ASMR and the Jacuzzi's, er.... I mean the Saxophone that was the kind of imagery and words coming to my mind when you began. And yeah... you could easily do ASMR. For sexy time; but also for healing and for putting people to sleep, or as a late night DJ. Whatever floats your boat, girl.

Part of why I put myself into that state was I was wanting to relax after finding out about this $100K grant that I could apply for. I was imagining my life when all the financial roadblocks were out of the way. Traveling, putting together documentaries while interviewing people with extraordinary abilities like mine. Writing a book, visiting and getting to know other cultures out there. Learning to surf in the tropics. Yeah... I was feeling real good. No ganja, just... my practice can bring me this kind of a high all on its own.
