I found this video, i wonder, If i'm using the Xiaomi cable 100 watts it's type c to c, and my Phone is Xiaomi 11T it can support 67watts using powerbank and using the xiaomi cable Type C to C 100watts?
@NasiLemakTech2 ай бұрын
Nope. As explained, Xiaomi is using their own proprietary standard. You need Xiaomi's own charger and cable to get fast charging on Xiaomi devices.

so the powerbank can only charge the ROG Ally at 30W speed?
@NasiLemakTech Жыл бұрын
Ah I should explain more. The ROG Ally needs 65W to be able to work at its full 30W power for its chipset. High wattage power banks like this are quite uncommon.

@@NasiLemakTech ahh i see, noted. so wait, does that powerbank manage to charge the ROG Ally @ 65W? coz ROG has it's own proprietary charging profile right? I had a Baseus powerbank which is rated 65W, it can charge my huawei at 30W (the max) but on my ROG Phone it only manages 30W as well (it can't do 65W T.T) I think coz it doesn't read the ROG charging profile

@@optimusaaron ROG Ally is technically just a laptop but with a different shape, and it uses USB-PD 3.0 standard. I'm not familiar with Baseus power banks 🤔 I know for Ugreen, there's a weird issue whereby if I plug a 65W Ugreen charger into a 65W Asus laptop, it won't get the full 65W. At that time when I discovered this, I didn't have enough tools to know why. Perhaps when I encounter it again, I will have the necessary tools now. I think it has something to do with how the charger actually is slightly lower than the supposed wattage.

@@NasiLemakTech i see, noted~ yea it is a bit weird. but my Baseus when I plug it to charge my ROG laptop it can give full 65W juice but not to my ROG Phone xD damn... but cool2, that's interesting to know~ thanks for replying & sharing bro!

@@NasiLemakTech both working fine. In other reviews of this powerbank it does not support pps. Is there a different variant of this model?

Possibly. Even our tester shows USB-PD PPS

i currently use UGREEN 200W 6 Port charger and its more than enough,as i dont use it to charge my laptop.

can it really charge up to 140w? I have a phone with 120w charging head can this powerbank fast charge my phone?
@NasiLemakTech Жыл бұрын
Your phone is probably Xiaomi and no, Xiaomi uses a proprietary charging standard. You'll have to buy their own charger and cable to fast charge your device. This charger is using USB-PD standard, which is used by all laptops, and phones/tablets by Apple, ROG, and Samsung.

Okay, still proprietary charging though. You'll have to buy their own charger and cable for fast charging.
