My ex(it was my first relationship) had a toxic relationship in very recent past(that's what she used to say, that the boy was toxic) and she had a past trauma that she had shared with me briefly, that was very brave of her....But she shared it a little late... That incident was something that gave me trauma instead, But I didn't let her know initially as she herself was crying and was sad about it.... I indirectly tried to get more details about that incident from her later but she behaved in a way like "Why are you asking, I told you everything".... The lack of details made me fill in the details by myself, I was overthinking, anxious but also not brave enough to ask her again..........I was such a pleaser and became a Yes man.....She was way out of my league, that's what I believed...My ability to keep things inside me and show a fake confident self kept the relationship going.... I thought and was kind of sure that it was the only way to keep it going...My mystery kept it alive......But deep inside I felt I am betraying her by not showing my vulnerable self....I was feeling guilty and one night I told her about everything....And next day it was a breakup....She was initially sad and used to say that I used her and threw her away but I never took that to my heart because I believed that it was me who was wrong and I must do everything possible to keep her stable...she was genuinely hurt.... But things took turn very fast.....Within one month I was on the receiving end..... I realised that everything she was accusing me of, she meant it...Her actions around me were clearly implying that....And my downfall started....Everyone knew about our breakup, she only told people(some close common friends)...And I was termed as toxic, just like her ex.... Everything she used to say about her ex was directly or indirectly said about me...And one common friend(I now don't call that guy my friend) made the situation worse for me by telling her falsely that I indeed used her just for getting experience, to make her feel good about herself that guy made my life hell... She also started going out with her (too smart) female friends and other guys(not hookup or anything I am sure)...But she started going out with guys and friends who were non-existent before...she herself used to tell me that she has less friends I tried to talk to her, because my life started going downhills with no one wanting to even listen to me.....But she refused...After many tries, one day I found her, held her hands talked.....She said "I have experience, I know how it works, I have to keep myself happy, I don't care about you, Everyone is same" and also threatened to call security Tht was DEAD END for me.... She judged me from her previous experience...Whereas the only thing I always tried consciously was not to be like her supposedly toxic ex.... I was left like this.....Really the only thing I wanted was good for her...That was the reason I agreed to her breakup call at the first place.... I believed I am not good enough for her probably...And she gracefully agreed... I know I did many wrong things...I should've been brave and more confident about myself intrinsically...She also is not wrong from her perspective obviously.....She is not very self-critical anyways But Things went wrong only for me in the long run...I never even imagined that.....I thought "Kya hi ho jaayega, I will be fine"...But ..No It is 10 months since that incident...And I have mostly recovered(compared to initial days, when I couldn't eat or sleep with lights off), but not completely.. But I am working on myself..Slowly but steadily...I don't even use social media now... She is with another guy(Yes, I stalked her insta and that gave me 10 days of numbness again)... She regularly uploads their pic together(last time when I stalked, I saw that)...My all pics are deleted....I am vanished from her life...I know there is not even a single photo of me in her Google Photos also....Beacuse that's what she had done for her then ex....... I still have her photos...I don't watch them though...Now, I don't stalk her also, because I know the sensation of pain for many days that follows after stalking... I just work now.. Slow and steady...Sometimes it halts but I bounce back again...

I was in relationship with my neighbour who was my bestie as well. We came in relationship when we were in 10th. But very well said that after breakup the true charecter comes out. Interestingly I came to know that after a couple of years of our breakup that she showed our chats to her previous ex.
