Nice video. But something which is contradictory of the so called ''scholars'' today, they see everyone who doesn't pray as non muslim. Isn't that a huge contradiction and tafkir? Muslim Brotherhood, according to them everyone sho does 1 thing not according to Islam, is a ''kafir''. And when you look at the scholars today, they will tell you ''you do not pray, well then you are definitely not a muslim.''. Of course praying (salat) is important like other subjects in religion, but to put someone out of Islam because he/she doesn't pray at all (yes, a sin) is tafkir as well and goes against the Quran. According to the Quran, which I know for 75% by heart and which I have read since I was 6 years of age ten thousands of times, it clearly says that whoever believes in the Lord and Last Day (''believes''), is a muslim and has nothing to fear, nor to grief. Even christians, jews, Sabeans got praised according to Surah Baqarah verse 62 ''And indeed, those who believe, the Jews, Christians and the Sabeans - and those who believee it the Lord and Last Day and do good deeds, they surely have nothing to faer nor to grief''. I don't want to say christians and so are equally good, but if even they are pretty ''protected'', how can a muslim who wholeheartedly believes in Allah and his Angels, Books and Messengers, but who doesn't pray at all (again, its a big sin), been a non muslim? According to Oxford Dictionary a ''believer'' is someone who believes in something (i.e. a god, gods, etc). And a non believer is someone who doesn't believe in a creator(s) at all! So in my opinion there's a huge difference between someone who believes in God and his Angels, Books and Messengers and who does not pray, and an atheist in example who doesn't have believe in the Lord Almighty in his/hear heart, mind, soul, spirit. I respect you and I love your informative videos. But I think the spiritual part of Islam has taken away since only salah matters, while Allah also said that Dikhr is one of the best thing to do according to the Qur'an, and I know many muslims who never say ''Subhanallah'' or ''la illaha illalah'' except when they pray.

I would like to start with May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala bless you for I know you mean well, but just because you memorized 75% of the Qur’an doesn't necessitate that you understand 75% of the Qur’an. Interest will always be Haram no matter what individual told you that it's OK to partake in Interest. When Allah Azzawajal referred to those who were Jews, Christians, Sabeans, these are the ones who believed before prophet Muhammad Sallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala would never deprive a people who was in accordance to what he commanded although they weren't there to accept the recent revelation. Ali bin Abi Talhah narrated from Ibn Abbas, about, إِنَّ الَّذِينَ امَنُواْ وَالَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَالنَّصَارَى وَالصَّابِيِينَ مَنْ امَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الاخِرِ (Verily, those who believe and those who are Jews and Christians, and Sabians, whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day) that Allah revealed the following Ayah afterwards, وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الاِسْلَـمِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِى الاٌّخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَـسِرِينَ And whoever seeks religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers. (3:85). This statement by Ibn Abbas indicates that Allah does not accept any deed or work from anyone, unless it conforms to the Law of Muhammad that is, after Allah sent Muhammad. Before that, every person who followed the guidance of his own Prophet was on the correct path, following the correct guidance and was saved. Jabir reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, between a man and idolatry and unbelief is abandoning the prayer.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 82 The scholars who say that a person is no longer a Muslim if they abandon the prayer, use this and many more hadith of the prophet Sallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam to support their view. So essentially your problem is with what the prophet Sallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said, because they are only repeating what the prophet Sallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said himself. Quran 4:65 But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muḥammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission. Quran 74:42-47 [And asking them], "What put you into Saqar?" They will say, "We were not of those who prayed, Nor did we used to feed the poor. And we used to enter into vain discourse with those who engaged [in it], And we used to deny the Day of Recompense Until there came to us the certainty [i.e., death]." Now you must ask yourself, would someone who believes fire burns ever put their hands in fire? No they wouldn't unless they are mad! Now again ask yourself, would someone who believes in Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and the hellfire ever consider skipping a single prayer if the outcome is possibly a chance of going to hellfire? It's impossible for such a person to knowing miss the Salah! Hence the wisdom of "If you are unable to pray standing up, then pray sitting down, if your unable to pray sitting down, then pray laying down. This indicates there is no excuse for abandoning the prayer and a mercy for those at each stage of hardship to still perform Salah. It's impossible for someone to say they believe but do everything in contradiction to the statement itself! Like a person claiming to be a good person, but has never done anything good. May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala guide us to the straight path, and may Allah Jalla Jallalahu make easy for you all that is difficult. Ameen Ya Rabbil Alamin!

May Allah reward you Ustadh Faris, this has opened my eyes as a laymen. In my home country Bangladesh we have a party Jamat Al Islami whose founding father is Syed Abul Al'a Al Maududi from India and the inspiration of Muslim Brotherhood. Many laymen Muslims still think Jamat Al Islami is Islamic because the other oppositions are Secularists and Nationalist political parties. Some of my relatives who are Jamati members explained how it works and it's exactly like the Muslim Brotherhood where they take Bayah. Jamat Al Islami in the Indian subcontinent is mostly Deobandi in Aqeedah and have blind taqlid to Hanafi fiqh so even doing Rafa Al Yadain will lead to the people rebuking you. Thankfully Ahle Hadith (Salafi) is growing as the Muslims in Bangladesh are getting aware and educated. "Wooden Principle" enjoin good and don't do inkaar and are baatini. I used to be a blind follower of the hanafi madhab but throughout my life I was sceptical of the Jamaat tabligh sect in my country South Africa as they were outwardly very sincere and nice to you if you followed their manhaj, made claims they are firm in Qur'an and Sunnah but only if you followed the scholars of deoband. They are a two faced passive aggressive sect.
