Honestly its hard finding good staff that wont go behind your back and do feisty ish. Ive seen a server owner get mass reported by some of his own staff (of course they were sickos and pdfiles) and then they cover it up as the owner “taking a break” safes to say the other staff found out and quickly assessed the situation and got those sickos out of there. The owner got his server back eventually but there was a 2 week period where these guys ran the server.
