Very sad, I heard about these kind of umrah and hajj packages but wasn’t aware of these kind of things. Last week was the first time I went for Umrah from Spain and booked everything myself, hotels, train and flights with WizzAir. It was an amazing experience and we were lucky that we didn’t book through fraudulent people 🤲. JazakALLAH for revealing the details of the culprits.

The same happened to me in 2017 when I booked from Pakistan. OMG it was horrible, worst hotels, full of dust and smell. I had a special child with me, she got sick because of that and it was so difficult. Good that you have mentioned her name, I would have included her picture. Shameless people! Please also try to report her into the local authorities in KSA.

Salaam, very good information. Unfortunately there are lots of so called agents scamming innocent pilgrims. We had a VERY bad experience "Al Faisal Akka travel, Slade Lane, Manchester. The owner Karamat Hussain promised everything as discussed prior to booking and once all monies were paid, he changed everything from Hotel / Flights. and this was for HAJJ 2024. Now he is refusing to take my calls. Thank you for sharing your experience and hopefully will stop people using agents and book by themselves.
