Libya is a very beautiful historical country with its beaches, mountains, desert, valleys, good and hospitable people, various archaeological historical sites, and the archaeological city of Sabratha is very wonderful and the Italian archaeologists excelled in restoring it and discovering its archaeological treasures and taking it out from under the soil that buried it more than 1000 years ago, I wish peace and prosperity to Libya's beautiful, wonderful, diverse cultures and kindness.

Wonderful video! I grew up as a teenager in Tripoli when my Dad was stationed their with the U.S. Air Force in the mid-1950's. This film brought back fond memories of our time spent in Libya.

Sabratha is originally a city inhabited by the (Berbers), who are its original inhabitants, then the Phoenicians came to it and built those ruins, then the pagan Romans came to it and developed it, then the Germans (Vondals) came to it and worked to destroy it, and finally the Romans of Byzantium returned to it and rebuilt it

Hello, I know that your comment was written by you 4 years ago, but you should know that the first Christian saint is of Libyan origin, and his name is Saint Mark in the Christian religion, and his real name is Simon of Cyrine, and he is the one who delivered the message of the Prophet Jesus the son of Mary to Egypt and lived even with the prophet Jesus son of Mary in some years and learned all the teachings of the Christian religion from the Prophet Jesus son of Mary, The Libyan people respect the Christian religion, and there are Christian churches in Libya that still exist to this day, where Sunday prayers and celebrations of the birthdays of the Prophet Jesus son of Mary, the religion of Islam, recognises the Christian religion and the Prophet Jesus, the son of Mary, and it is mentioned in the Holy Quran as a miracle from God and a prophet of mercy, affection, love and peace sent by God to his people, and he speaks to them in the cradle and commands them to worship God the Creator The heavens and the earth and the Lord of mankind and all the prophets and that his mother the Virgin Mary is a pure and pure woman and loves God and promised to enter heaven and received mercy from God and was blessed and has a very high position in heaven and earth.

Rome was based on agriculture, and there were two types of Romans, the aristocracy inhabited the coastal cities such as Sabratha, Leptis and Oya, all of which are Libyan coastal areas, while the other Romans were from the farmer class, where they cultivated olives, grapes, figs, and others. They lived in the mountain to protect them and worked in agriculture. They pay her taxes, give them those lands for free, and the Romans of the mountains, and they are tribes that used to live in the interior of Libya in the western mountain up to the city of Bani Walid, and despite neglect and vandalism, their remnants exist today
