Because CEC people were suffering since 20 21, so this is the golden time as I'm observing since 3 years those were beneficial for general draws people but now cheers to all CEC people, their hardwork always pay off and God rewards their prayers.... The students are waiting since 3, 4 or 5 years, after that long struggle this is the golden time for CEC people to celebrate it...
