the twisted red-black cables are 16 guage wire. the IE3300 HW install guide can provide guidance on this.

these 16 guage wires do NOT come with the power supply. Cisco Industrial Power supplies do NOT come with 16 guage cables.

What are you using to power up the switch?

in this video I was using a 50W power supply. Product ID: PWR-IE50W-AC-IEC= in the video its flipped over on its side. normally it would be din rail mounted near the IE3300
