I feel this. Expressing today that i feel sufficated by life, by the world and always have done and the intensity shifted immediately. My partner, however, instantly tried to pull me into the narrative of gratitude and seeing the positive. But thats not where i was, the hurt and the pain needed the presence. My character has been built to be loving and kind and strong and not to succumb to any negativity. As soon as i allowed all the pain to be expressed it dissolved.
