What are you doing for the protection of the people’s fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution? The said rights’ absence of provision and enforcement is a violation of the constitution itself and the higher judiciary is the first voice of the people in protecting and implementing rights in accordance with the constitution. This is seen nowhere happening here in our country. This is a matter of public concern and the people need to be aware of it as to why they are deprived of their fundamental rights from the articles 8-28 of the constitution.
