After my Proton VPN review, I can say that it’s very much the opposite. The app window is larger, and the interface is much more crowded. The server locations are listed on the side here, or you can use their interactive map. There are a lot of things going on here, and there are even more features if you dig deeper - like the Tor over VPN servers for maximum anonymity. If you want lots of privacy features and you know how to use them, ProtonVPN is an obvious choice.

I’ve set up a few speed ProtonVPN vs ExpressVPN tests to check which VPN is faster overall. And to be fair, the results are very similar. The difference between speeds is very minor and you can’t feel it at all when browsing. Though if we’re being true to numbers, ExpressVPN was a little faster this time.

I have a suggestion that you include in your reviews a standard for comparison, which is the effectiveness of the programs against the Great Firewall of China, as it is one of the strongest protection systems that kill VPN programs. This is because of my experience when I was in China, the best program was ProtonVpn without competition.

5 years now with Express...i have to say...i wouldn't change it even if others were free...i tried most of them and so far the most reliable has been express...just my experience
