This is probably one of my favourite house tours and the two annexes with potential for extra income and love the big garden by the waterfront. I would add an outdoor jacuzzi or build like outdoor sauna and steam room too. Lots of potentials!

The land is worth well over £2 million. That’s being conservative. Check the prices on Sanbanks Dorset. Never forgot Location. Henly-on Thames is the second most expensive Market Town in the U.K. Properties on the River are highly prized.

Grass cuttings can be put on to plant beds as a source of food. We have used them this way for years. It mulches down beautifully.
