The functionality of that kitchen in 10/10..i wish other developers would take note..the cabinets are enough..surfaces are enough..the pantry is a very good size. I feel like so many kenyan developers don't produce functional kitchens. I'd buy this house just for that kitchen if it was for sale

A very nice estate, only questionable matters it's missing pedestrian pavements/walkways, where do the children play safely, privacy lacking tall fencing/herbaceous borders & internal final finishing. You do great work shooting these properties, do ever follow-up say year after to see how they look?
