Extemporaneous preparation of a suppository.

We ordered these moulds from a company called Adelphi Tubes but it was like 4-5yrs ago so not sure if they still make them. We don’t use them anymore .

where can I buy a suppository mold like this, please. My suppository mold does not open on the back like this and I do not know how to remove the suppository from the mold once it harden. Thank you
