Darrell L. McClanahan III, considering a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Vernon County, Missouri, against the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Jonathan Greenblatt (ADL CEO), Jordan Kadosh (ADL Regional Director), the Missouri Republican State Committee, Nick Myers (MRSC Chairman), Jay Ashcroft (Missouri Secretary of State), Missouri Independent, LLC, Rudy Keller (Missouri Independent journalist), Gray Television, Inc., KY3 (KSPR), Steve Grant (KY3 anchor), Mark Maxwell (KSDK political editor), Cyndia Haggard (Vernon County Republican Committee Chairwoman), Pastor Dan Gayman, and other unknown parties. The lawsuit alleges defamation, tortious interference, and violations of civil rights, claiming defendants published false statements about me, damaged my reputation, and interfered with my political campaign. I believe my rights to free speech, political association, and religious freedom have been violated. I am seeking damages, a public retraction of false statements, and an injunction to prevent further interference. This lawsuit challenges Executive Order 25-02, which authorizes "Operation Relentless Pursuit," a coordinated law enforcement initiative targeting individuals with outstanding felony arrest warrants. Executive Order 25-02 grants expanded powers to law enforcement agencies, including the Missouri State Highway Patrol, without adequate safeguards to prevent abuse. This expansion raises serious concerns about civil rights violations, particularly regarding: * First Amendment Rights: The order may infringe upon citizens' rights to free speech, assembly, and petition the government. * Fourteenth Amendment Rights: The order could result in unequal protection under the law and infringe upon citizens' right to due process. * Tenth Amendment Rights: The order undermines the sovereignty of local county sheriffs by mandating increased collaboration with state and federal agencies, potentially exceeding the limitations outlined in Missouri Statute 43.200 RSMo. This lawsuit highlights the dangers of expanding law enforcement powers without proper oversight and accountability. The cases of Jeffrey Weinhaus, Brandon Ellingson, and Cameron Lamb demonstrate the systemic failures within Missouri law enforcement and the urgent need for reforms to protect citizens' rights. I believe Executive Order 25-02 is unconstitutional and request a declaration from the Court that it violates the First, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. I also seek an injunction to prevent the enforcement of this order.
