@@vinodsharma-hi2nq They have comparing to many other women teams in cricket world. Do not forget they got odi status in 2011 but little development since then except chanting women empowerment. It seems like they cannot even keep energy and play full 20 over let alone 50 over and test is a far cry. They get moderate salary every month but do not forget male team did not used to get salary in early days due to financial problem. And another irony is fans cannot criticize them 1% of criticism male team gets. If you do you are misogynist.

অনেকেই মনে করেন মুসলিম দেশ গুলির খেলাধুলা তে পিছিয়ে থাকার মূল কারণ ধর্মীয় অনুশাসন ও সামাজিক কুসংস্কার। মহিলারা তো উন্নতি করতেই পারছে না এই সব দেশে। সমাজের মধ্যবিত্ত পরিবারের মেয়েরা খেলতেই আসে না। নিম্নবিত্তের মেয়েরা যারা আসে তাদের উৎসাহ ভাতা প্রদান পরিকাঠামো উন্নত মানের নয়। একটি দেশের কথা বলি ভারতের অনেক নারী ক্রিকেটারদের আয় বোর্ডের বার্ষিক রেমুনারেসন ও মহিলা আইপিএল নিয়ে বাংলাদেশী রুপিতে সাত আট কোটি টাকা ও সাথে ভালো চাকরি। পরিবার থেকে পায় অদম্য উৎসাহ ও উদ্দীপনা ও সাহায্য। তবু বলি বাংলাদেশ এর নারী দল অনেক ভালো।।
