Last season we would probably have lost this game so a big step forward from SC and the team. Both our goals came from Aurier doubling up with Brennan which didn’t happen last season, and to be fair we should have scored at least one more 1st half. Definitely an improving team that will not be involved in a relegation dogfight if we keep this up, and we still have quality players to come back from injury. COYR 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️

So many positives in this one match, Gibbs-White being a true 10, Aurier's inch-perfect crosses, Brennan working hard on the right flank... If we can keep this up we shouldn't be involved in a relegation battle

A pulsating game, and that’s what we fans want. Fantastic! Regarding the back three, I prefer Boly in the middle not Joe Worrall. Joe was getting tangled up with bot Boly and McKenna. That caused as many problems as the Sheffield forwards! Needs attention. The only other negative was a few slack passes, but you cannot have 100 mins of perfection

Played decent and showed sparks of PL quality. McKenna is a liability, but in the end we got the three points, job done. We really need to leave players just off the box to clear our lines properly, we've conceeded two this way already this season.
