I made a 50 ft. an extension cord that has an outdoor receptacle box with two GFCI receptacles in it. Now the question is can I plug it into mt outdoor plug that is liked to a GFCI plug in my kitchen?

No. Extensions cords are means for temporary usage and are not a permanent solution. Whether you plug it into a CFGI or Surge protector an extension cord should be removed from it's service every 80-90 days.
