I've been doing the beetles kit since it came out and love it and this is the way I back fill and get away with almost 8 wks before having to completely redo my nails. You make it look so effortlessly. Builder in a bottle and I have a love/hate relationship. Lol. Going to do my next back fill with your dip method.

If your builder gel in the bottle starts to get to thick I put a small bowl of water in the microwave then place the builder gel in the bottle in. Applys super easy! Also I have found a use for the gel in the pot!! I used it as a base before I apply my full cover nails. Those puppies had zero lifting. After I cure I follow with the gel in the tubes to attach them!! Merry Christmas Marla! Calling for highs in the 70's for Christmas here! Lol usually it's cold & snows every few years here!

Hey great informative video I usually go the route with my extensions as well my only question is what peel off base do you use because I currently use hard gel which mean I have to spend time e-file the design off between mani. But I think a peel off base would save me time when I want to change up my sets.

Yeah for sure! I use Unt peel base. It’s usually on amazon but it’s been sold out for a bit now. The Virgo and Gem peel base is great too! Fair warning tho.. manis tend not to last more than a few days with peel base

You can use a peel off base like I do or you can file off the color when you’re ready for a new set

Thank you for this video! After applying gelly tips and then builder gel, can I just go in and start dipping? Do I need anything over the builder gel before dipping with gel liquids? Like the Mia Secret xtrabond and then gel base and dip? Thank you! Trying tips and builder gel then going in with dipping and I'm nervous I'll screw something up.

Screwing up is a part of learning! Mistakes are just opportunities. It really depends on how long you want the dip to last. For a long lasting mani.. I would rough up the builder slightly (take the sheen away), then primer, then your gel base and dip.

I'm one of those people that asked a few times what to do when the extensions grown out lmfao. This video is exactly what I needed. I feel pretty confident that I can do this myself. My one question is how strong are they the way you left them? I'm pretty rough on my hands so I was wondering about the strength IF I decided to leave them naked like this

They were actually really strong. I went quite a few days in between manis with just the extensions and never had an issue! Mind you.. I don’t do construction or anything crazy with my hands, but they held up super well! Remember nails are jewels, not tools!!!❤️

I recently stumbled onto your tutorials for dip nails and your advice makes a world of difference! I have a stupid question: This is gel on gel right? Could this technique be used on dip nails? Welcome to the family! Thanks so much for watching! Yep - im doing gel on gel BUT you can use this technique with dip and acrylic. And vice versa! They’re all basically the same product, just in different forms (similar to water, ice, and steam) Merry Christmas to you, lovie! Glad you’re here ❤️
