Yes document types need to maintain ledger wise . It means you have to add required document types for additional ledger too

@PradeepHota, Thanks for the explanation and it's very clear. I have just tried this scenario where do we see difference between Extension and Leading ledger in postings. Posted one FI document in posting period March and it is posted in Leading and Extension ledger. Now period is closed in leading but the same period is open in Extension ledger. 1. When I reposted through KB11N by using Extension in the closed period (leading ledger - March), FI doc is posted in Extension ledger along with CO. 2. When I posted by using leading ledger group in KB11N and posting period is march, still system is posting FI doc in March posting period in Leading ledger in FI and am able to see the document ion ACDOCA. Ideally, it shouldn't post as March is already closed in FI. Can you tell me whether this is expected or did i do something wrong here?

Definitely, you can start your career as SAP End User in any profile , R2R, P2P, O2C , Asset Management etc . For this no training required . Once company will hire you they will give you training as per your Role and profile
