Here is a valuable tip to anyone who owns the Titan Fitness SquatMax MD-- that is, the loading pin is detachable. It easily slides on and off, which means you can attach the loading pin to a cable curl bar attachment and do many upper-body exercises with it, like curls, reverse curls, front raises, single-arm side lateral raises, rows, high pulls, and military presses. You can also use the Titan Fitness SquatMax, like a giant plyo box to do many plyo box exercises, like step-ups and step-cowns. If you detach the loading pin, you can also put your feet through the well (hole) and anchor your feet on the resistance band pegs and do sit-ups and crunches. You can also lay back on the platform and do leg raises. You can also do single-arm bench presses if you tighten your other fist or if you use both arms to do unbalanced bench presses.

Arm Assassin Strength Shop is a sports-specific exercise equipment manufacturer for arm wrestlers. However, I am of the firm belief that it doesn't matter who exercise equipment is meant for, like to develop the muscular endurance, size, and strength of arm wrestlers, amateur wrestlers, baseball players, football players, tennis players, or anyone else, as long as it helps me to improve my muscular endurance, size, and strength, I'm interested in buying and using it. Arm Assassin Strength Shop has 201 different exercise equipment items for sale at www.armassassinstrengthshop.com/collections/all I highly recommend Arm Assassin Strength Shop's monster curl bar, which can be used as a stand-alone curl bar or as a cable machine curl bar. I own two Arm Assassin Strength Shop monster curl bars. One has solid handles, and the other has rotating handles. I also own the Arm Assassin Strength Shop top roller, which is excellent for forearm development, and Arm Assassin Strength Shop Revolving Ladder, which is outstanding if you want to develop grip strength and if you like doing pull-ups. The center bar doesn't rotate, so even if you don't have the strength to use the revolving pull-up bars, you can still use the stationary center bar. Suples is a sports-specific exercise equipment for Graeco-Roman and Freestyle amateur wrestlers. However, Suples sells high-quality but expensive exercise equipment, which you can check out at Suples.com -- and Suples currently has a 15 percent off sale for most of its items. I highly recommend Suples HIRTS (High-Intensity Rope Training System) Fighter, which I also highly recommend you check the Suples video on at kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYeul6usnNeAe7M The Suples Spartan Bar is outstanding too. See kzbin.info/www/bejne/povVmpyZnqata7s So are Suples Cuffs. I own both the 1 and 2-kilogram Suples Cuffs, which I use to shadowbox with, which is an outstanding cardio exercise. What I highly DON"T recommend is the Kensui Fitness AdjustaMACE, which is the worst exercise equipment I have ever purchased in my life, and I'm 67 years and 8 months old man, who has weightlifter since I was 12. The Kensui Fitness AdjustaMACE is made out of unfinished wood that quickly absorbs stains, which include dirt, grime, and sweat and any other kind of moisture, and mine BROKE the first time I loaded it with weight plates. Because I don't trust it since the handle was so brittle, it broke when I first loaded it with weight plates, I have NEVER actually used it. Thus, the $69.95 I spent on it not counting tax was a complete waste of money. I own many Kensui Fitness products, which include the EZVest premium version, Adjustabell, Swissies, Ankr, 360-degree handles, and its Adjustable Kettlebell. They are o.k., but just o.k. There are better exercise equipment options available and the only Kensui Fitness product I recommend, and even that is overpriced, is the Kensui Fitness Swissies, which will allow you to do neutral grip and angle pull-ups-- depending on what type you buy.
