So in summary. Animation cancel auto's with Q's and Q's with movement. (This will allow you to auto more often by cutting animation time) Fast combo = Q'ing in place by hovering cursor over target (this will prevent you from Q'ing through the target) and using animation canceling as described above. You can cast two skills at once by starting off with E. E>Q - Cancels E animation E>W - Stuns at initial position E>R - if R is active, its damage portion will cast from E's end point extending its range. (Can be further extended with flash) You can further extend these combos by adding A third Q. (Aka dual casting) E>W>Q E>R>Q You can wall hop any wall as long as your Q range is 51% of the wall girth. This can potentially extend the range of Q hop by 49%. Super useful for cutting corners.

Adam Kiss It's is very easy and when i started learning is when i switch to na. So all i do is use other players to practise. Register a smurf ac and play on it, practising it on real players is much better then red buff and bots IMO.

Tbh. She is really easy to use. And really strong even in the hands of players that can't animation cancel. Now when you can animation cancel she becomes even stronger. She does take skill at higher levels of play. But at lower levels she is strong for no reason.

if anyone wondered, to tower/inhib hop, you can actually right click directly on the tower/the center of the inhib (base of the "stone"), makes it much easier and saves you a ward trinket^^ hope this helps

Михаил Калашников Try this: Right click and cancel the auto with a Q, WAIT for riven to automatically attack again, cancel it with Q, wait for the attack and then cancel it with Q. Once you've got the timing down for that, try clicking away during the Q and clicking back instead of waiting for the attack.

When testing Riven wall hops a while ago I actually found out, that there's some places where it only works if you use your second q to push yourself into the wall because it pushes you closer than you can actually get by walking up to it.

Yatsura2 it's strange but it seems that if you do it with movement click you attack faster than your attack speed but if you do it with dance or laugh you cancel your ability but you attack at normal attack speed

Tip: you can also E in the direction right before your last Q to make it much more easier when you're being chased and looking for a quick getaway with no time to set up a wall hop.

The riven bug that you are referring to with the wall hop and the target is not actually a bug, as you pointed out earlier with the fast combo. your q will stay IN PLACE if u are moused over someone its the same thing happening its just part of the coding.

just back for a refresher, i was told "riven, the easiest champion in league" in one of my games and had to laugh. i put so much time into learning the fast combos, just a few animation cancels and i still don't even fell competent. i know i have a lot to learn but don't get mad at me because your bad, you have no idea how many times i have fed with riven and walked away like "hmmm well chop that up to a learning experience"

I'm pretty sure that failing to wall hop over something when moused over a target isn't a bug because when you were doing the fast combo you showed that when you don't mouse over something Riven moves forward a short distance and when you are moused over a target she stays in place.

Box box the thing that you said about wall hopping and how if your mouse is on a target and you try to wall hop sometimes and usually more than likely it won't work is so true and frustrating. Idk why but everytime I'm in a situation where I need to wall hop and catch up to the enemy I always end up screwing it up by accidently targeting something or as you also said corner cutting a bit far from what's considered safe or small corner cuts. Thanks for talking about that, I never understood why but I get it now, it's better for me to just take the safer hops and cuts sometimes. #boxboxsensei
