MS Jali is good but after some years due to change in weather conditions it may rust. If, at your location MS Jali is only available than go for it. If availability of WPC or HPL give preference to it.

Wpc is combination of wood & plastic which comes in various thickness and varieties of design, colors can be adopted. PVC is also good choice for less budget project. The only thing is the design & finishing looks, which you choice will reflect the attraction. Most of the PVC Jali are attractive from far distance only. Both products are uv and waterproof materials. You can choice depends on budget

Yes you can use but, aluminum frame is not good enough to take support. Usually we stand and take support during having coffee or discussion to mumty front- which is not good enough to use aluminum. We have an option but it will cost you: 1- you can make iron tube frames (top rail, studs) and cover with aluminum & use Louvers in the interval. It’s like how we do at sky lights
